TtU’s primary associates are Ruud Jansen Venneboer and Jacqueline Parker.

Ruud Jansen Venneboer has many years experience in working with global companies on management / employee communication, engagement and motivation. Working as a senior partner for ISR (International Survey Research) for over 10 years, Ruud has worked with companies such as ABN AMRO, AstraZeneca, BAT, DHL, Nokia and Unilever.

Ruud’s key strength is his ability to combine a highly analytical mind with a large degree of energy, humour and pragmatism, allowing for practical implementation of nearly every program, and leading to acceptance and buy-in by those involved.

Jacqueline Parker’s career spans more than 15 years, and includes experience in the profit and the not-for profit sectors, as well as bringing up a young family. Jacqueline is a qualified (IPD) and highly experienced trainer and facilitator, with exceptional listening and problem-solving skills. In addition to working as a trainer and facilitator, Jacqueline is a fully qualified Reflexologist.
